THE GUY BEHIND THE LENS— Bobby Zampetti, often referred to by his professional name— BOBBYZ, is an American photojournalist, music teacher, musician, pilot, and former host of his own television show BOBBY Z POLKA JOYLAND on WNEP-TV in Scranton, Pennsylvania USA. He is a 26 year member of the National Press Photographers Association | NPPA with over 4 decades of experience. In 2002, Bobby earned his B.A. in Mass Communications and Media at King’s College, where he aided his skills in public relations. In 1973, Bobby earned his B.S in Music Education at Wilkes College, where he was a percussionist. While photography has been Bobby's primary avocation and a way for him to express how he sees the world, his career was in education, teaching music to elementary-aged and middle school children for 36 years prior to retiring— IT'S A CELEBRATION!
